Cindy A case manager representing that she was from your organization gave me the number of 714-795-5963.

She called several times. each time with a bit of a different attitude but really. I am the patient and not going to accept the situation that has been unfolding, esp. on Inland Psychiatric Medical Group. They just intentional crazy deceive and mind games. When these kinds of similar out of integrity were happening in Denver, every aspect of my need to communicate to these concerns BLOCKED unilaterally and no remedy, This game is played so effectively, it reeks that there are people who have this same kind of shit thrown at them. Calling that number that for Cindy Case Manager City, the voice mail not your organization. Every one of these weird ass fucked up records of commons - not one of you can maintain your professionalism and be what I would say ,proper business being smooth and enjoyable to talk to! Cindy first applied her attempt to drop what is behind and move up forward. This is a Reality Audit - and this is going to be fixed whatever it happening here -- I do not deserve to have this mess.
